I had the pleasure of co-writing this song with the late, great Ed Tristram. Ed and his wife Greta were Greenwich Village fixtures and could be found either busking in a Sixth Avenue subway station, or hosting a Bleecker Street song-writers gathering. Ed will be dearly missed by many.
